Our Story
The Middle Path Project was born from a simple belief: that true wellbeing is found in balance. As a psychologist and educator, I saw the limits of both rigid systems and quick-fix solutions - children were burning out, teachers were overwhelmed and women were quietly unraveling behind their masks.
I created The Middle Path Project to bring heart back to healing. By blending neuroscience and evidence-based psychology with Buddhist wisdom and Finnish-style education principles, we offer practical, powerful tools for lifelong wellbeing - tools I wish had existed earlier in my own journey.
