The Middle Path Project provides education, wellbeing, psychology-aligned programs, resources, and community services. All content and offerings are intended for general education and personal development purposes, not as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or crisis intervention services.

Use of This Website

You agree to use this site in a lawful, respectful, and non-exploitative manner. You must not:

  • Reproduce or redistribute any material without written consent

  • Attempt to interfere with the site’s security or functionality

  • Use the website or content for commercial purposes without permission

 

We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or terminate access to the website or content at any time.

Program Participation and Conduct

We store information securely through encrypted digital platforms (e.g. secure cloud storage, practice management software). Physical records, where applicable, are stored in locked cabinets. Access to all records is restricted to authorised personnel.

We retain information only for as long as is necessary for service delivery, legal, and ethical obligations (e.g. seven years post-service or longer for minors, as required by AHPRA).

Payments, Refunds and Cancellations

Fees for programs, services, and resources are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD), exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

 

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

  • A program is cancelled by us

  • A participant withdraws with reasonable notice (as specified in the booking terms)

  • Where required under the Australian Consumer Law

Psychological Services Disclaimer

If you are engaging with a registered psychologist or facilitator for wellbeing support, a separate informed consent agreement will be provided. The information and resources on this site do not constitute individual psychological advice or crisis support.

 

If you are in distress or at risk, please contact Lifeline (13 11 14) or a qualified mental health professional.

Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Middle Path Project is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from:

  • Your reliance on any information or material provided

  • Participation in any programs or events

  • Use or misuse of any downloadable or purchased resources

 

All offerings are provided "as is" without guarantees of outcomes. Users engage at their own discretion and risk.
